At ToDoIT I led a four-person team with direct international client ownership: a digital invitation platform serving 12,000+ users and 50,000+ monthly transactions, and async FastAPI endpoints that cut latency 50–60% under load. After hours I design, build and deploy my own products — four are live, from an AI interview assistant to a RAG-powered knowledge platform — payments, auth and CI/CD handled end to end.
